Q. How does PinknYou’30 days Return / Exchange Policy’ Work?

A. We offer ‘30 days Return / Exchange Policy’ for every item sold on PinknYou.com. Inform us by sending an email to customercare@pinknyou.com to initiate the processwithin 30 days of date of delivery.

We will either initiate your money refund or send a replacement product to you, after receiving the shipment from your end (provided the mentioned process is followed).

’30 days Return / Exchange Policy’ will not be applicable under following circumstances:

  1. Any piece of jewellery that has been washed or cleaned with any chemical/solution.
  2. Any piece of jewellery that is not in its original condition / packaging / box etc.
  3.  Any piece of jewellery with obvious signs of use.
  4. Any piece of jewellery that indicates any signs of physical damage to the product.
  5. Only regular priced items may be refunded, items on sale cannot be returned.

Q. What is the process to return a purchased item on PinknYou?

  1. In order to initiate a return, email us at: customercare@pinknyou.com, with all the details regarding your purchase (like order number, order date, item to be returned, receipt or proof of purchase, your communication details and the reason for return).
  2. Our team will get back to you with the entire process and shipment return form.
  3. Please ensure all contents including jewellery to be returned, shipment return form, packaging or any additional material are packed in a sealed packet.
  4. Kindly send us the packet back to this address:

Q. When my money will be refunded?

A. After we will receive the shipment at the above address, our team will inspect the shipment returned. Once, they will ensure everything is in place, we will initiate your refund the amount of product purchased. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of refund initiation.
In case, you have paid online via credit card/debit card/net banking, the amount would be credited back to your bank account. Else, the amount would be added to your PinknYou account (which can be used later anytime).

Q. How can I cancel my order?

A. In case you cancel your order before shipping, your entire amount will be refunded. In case, it has been delivered, it will come under ‘30 days Return / Exchange Policy’ and same process needs to be followed. If your order has been dispatched but not delivered, notify us regarding this via email to customercare@pinknyou.com.

Other Terms & Conditions:

  1. The buyer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item.
  2. If you are shipping item(s) over INR 100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  3. PinknYou would decide whether to initiate refund or exchange in case of ’30 days Return / Exchange Policy’. PinknYou may deny any refund / return / exchange in case all ‘Terms & Conditions’ were not followed.
